Naz Collection currently offers standard shipping within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £50. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address details.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
