Refund policy

At Naz Collection, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before sending items back. Sale items, gift cards, and customised products are non-returnable.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a solution.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are not offered; if you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
